In 2006 April, the Post Danmark announced a pilot of new franking labels. The test commenced on 7 th June 2006 with a machine installed in the Philatelic Service. The franking label are printed on self-adhesive thermal labels and total 3 different Danmark landscapes in a continuous pattern on the rolls.
Besides the face value, the machine prints a 11-digital control number in the right lower corner label.

The other photo shows a Cover with first day cancel (2006.06.07) circullated to Holland.
